  • Degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in business development, marketing or communication department
  • Continuous, excellent performance with regard to project goals and analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Demonstrable, excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
  • Initiative, hands-on mentality, results oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and assertiveness
  • The drive to make a difference and help shape the industry
  • Talent to build networks with all internal and external interfaces
  • Very good skills in pitch and presentation creation (Keynote or PPT) and with CRM systems
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office, G-Workspace or iOS


  • Create and implement a Business Development & Marketing Plan that contributes to the achievement of business growth strategies and objectives as set out in our VIZION25 paper
  • Lead on market research and analysis, providing insight to identify and exploit new market opportunities with existing and new clients
  • You collect, consolidate and analyse relevant business cases for projects to demonstrate the added value for customers and our own organisation
  • You represent and report the team needs in terms of budget as well as headcount and help to plan, shape, and sell projects. You will support our project teams in all stages from proposal to pitch through delivery and maintenance and develop the Experience Center’s offering and create new business opportunities
  • You will be actively networking and have access to a large network of collaborators, and you’ll establish and develop a client relationship that lead to successful projects
  • Collaborate with our creatives in business development activities for high value and/or strategically important opportunities, including attending client meetings and participating in contractual and commercial negotiations
  • Ensure messages and learnings from client feedback are shared and acted upon to help increase opportunity conversion and client satisfaction
