VISA . EXPERIENCE LAB


For financial service Visa we conceptualised, designed and built an “Experience Lab” together with business consulting company Roland Berger  in Berlin. On a 500 m² open space in Kreuzberg, we scouted 16 different tech start-ups from all over the globe and presented their technologies in several immersive and experiential booths. These brands showcased different retail solutions of the future and various use-cases for travelling, shopping, stock keeping and smart payment.

In several workshops and keynote speeches, we challenged these technologies as well – we analysed their use cases and tested their applicability in day-to-day customer journeys.
