  • As an Account Manager, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have gained experience in an agency-setting or leading processes from conception to production
  • You must be able to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the agency to product its best results
  • You have an understanding of the client’s business model, the marketplace and factors affecting sales and advertising techniques from creative, research and media outreach
  • You have a strong but non-aggressive leadership style
  • Collaboration and teamwork is key to this role
  • In addition to all the communication skills, you must be extremely organised
  • The best fit for SHOWZ will be an Account Manager with a passion for brands, design and an affinity for technology
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
  • You bring experience in working with G-Workspace, IOS, MS Excel and are confident in working with numbers


  • Your domain as Account Manager will be in working on digital and physical concepts we realise for brands
  • Your colleagues from the creative department as well as project management will support you to realise the wishes of our clients and ensure that budgets are not exceeded and deadlines are met
  • You will align with our designers and freelancers on concepts, and ensure our production site and external companies are in in-time with production and deliveries for physical installations
  • Your daily tasks as Account Manager will not only include implementing the ideas, but also the realisation and execution of a variety of projects using project management tools such as Asana
  • You will be assigned entire projects from start to finish, which means not only taking responsibility for the projects, but also for planning the work schedules of your internal team members and taking the lead in client and supplier contact
  • You will be developing a growth strategy and acquiring new projects and clients
  • On a regular basis, you will be writing invoices, calculating cost estimations as well as negotiating budgets and price conditions
